This policy explains how Pro-Agri collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us.

The only third-party request the site makes on its own is to Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces and may receive standard request information such as your device's IP address as part of delivering those fonts. Links to Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp only send information to those services if you choose to click them.

Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

• respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
• prepare and provide quotes, company profiles and information you request; and
• deliver the products and services you ask us about.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms of service and privacy policy, which are outside our control. We handle the content of your WhatsApp message the same way we handle an email.
